L’art de vivre. A modern-day Hotel Particulier. A graceful, deluxe
city palace, just as it would have been for the social life of the
Parisian aristocracy in the 17th and 18th centuries. That’s the
Sofitel Frankfurt Opera: the French way to discover Mainhattan.
The 5-star Superior Sofitel Frankfurt Opera just opened in Octo-
ber 2016, in a prime location in the epicentre of the central busi-
ness district, in the Inner City district. The hotel is conveniently
facing the Opera Square with the Old Opera on one side, and
the Wallanlagen Park on another side. Goethestrasse, the famous
shopping and entertainment area, is a short walk away.
The inn pays tribute to the French way of life by recreating it
in a sophisticated atmosphere, right in the heart of Frankfurt. It
integrates the erudition of French mansions with the traditional
and demanding Frankfurter culture.
The building complex includes office spaces and conference facil-
ities, 150 rooms, 30 suites, one presidential suite, apartments for
rent, a ballroom, a gourmet restaurant, a bar, high-end shops, a
fitness studio and an underground parking garage.
Drawing on the recognised expertise of the designer Nicolas Ad-
net of the firm MHNA Paris, Sofitel has created modern, spacious,
luxurious suites featuring exclusive designer furnishings, elegant
interior styling and scenic views of the Frankfurt city centre. All

the furniture and facilities of the highest quality were specially
designed for the hotel, proving a heightened level of excellence
and refinement. This dedication to quality and excellence is em-
bodied by the staff, the Sofitel Ambassadors, who serve guests
driven by three core values: a spirit of open-mindedness, a passion
for excellence, and an essence of joie de vivre and generosity, mak-
ing the experience unforgettable for visitors.
The “Schönemann” Restaurant and “Lili’s” Bar – which owe their
names to Goethe’s great love, Lili Schönemann – invite guests
to taste inspired bistro-based cuisine from Paris, offering delicate
and casual fare, or simply to enjoy a cocktail. The tea house of-
fers a wide selection of delicious pastries and prepares snacks in
authentic Parisian style. A beautifully decorated private dining
room is also available and guests can enjoy the outdoors and sce-
nic views by dining on the terrace. In the elegant SoSpa, visitants
are spoiled in four treatment rooms and relaxation areas, while
fitness lovers can enjoy the gym facilities, including the indoor
swimming pool and the 4,000m² Fitness First Black Label fitness
studio. Grace, sophistication, conffdence, harmony, and esteem
are some of the values Sofitel Frankfurt Opera wants to offer and
transmit to their high-level guests. An ambitious mission, which
has been functioning perfectly for the hotel.
