Built in 1990, the Rosewood Inn of Anasazi is a luxury hotel lo-
cated in the capital of New Mexico, Santa Fe. The Name of the
hotel means “Ancient Ones” in Navajo and symbolises the cul-
tures that structured this society over 700 years. The Hotel is
situated in an extremely rich historical and artistic area as guests
will have access to countless museum and galleries, among other
entertaining activities.
“The Inn’s interiors pay homage the cliff-dwelling Anasazi Indi-
ans who flourished in the area centuries ago.” The Decor pres-
ents heavy prehistoric and Southwestern influences as well with

sandstone walls. Baskets from the Native American, Hispanic
and Anglo collections, paintings, carvings and crafted textiles

ette of earthy tones, reflecting not only the Southwestern spirit,

ture. One of the main suites is the Anasazi which provides a gen-
erous and serene environment full of amusing upscale features,
such as hardwood floors and a comfy fireplace. Rosewood has a

In regards to dining services, the hotel has the Anasazi Restau-
rant, Bar and Lounge that is regarded as one of the most acclaimed
dining destinations in New Mexico. The restaurant has 40-seats
and offers a purely traditional southwestern cuisine with region-
al Latin. The menu is arranged by executive chef Edgar Beas that
does his absolute best to blend modern and innovative recipes
with an exceptional aesthetic look. The Bar and Lounge display a
free standing Tequila Table where guests can experience premi-
um tequilas, in this space, guests can also taste delicious classic
cocktails and silver coin margaritas. In the valued wine cellar,
there is a private dining space where 12 guests can enjoy an inti-
mate and exclusive meal.
