Praising itself on style, innovation, and personalised service, the
dazzling hotel provides 352 contemporary guest rooms that vary
from 300 to 1800 square metres, including eight luxurious resi-
dential suites. In turn, it offers floor-to-ceiling windows that lead
to a mind-boggling balcony, featuring the most mesmeric views
of the Miami Skyline and the Biscayne Bay.
Moreover, the residence suites offer fully equipped kitchen and
laundry facilities along with access to all amenities and services
of the hotel. Plus, they present incredibly decorated and detailed
interiors with a harmonising colour system throughout each divi-
sion, striped rugs, aesthetic paintings, wooden coffee tables, and
a divine lighting conception, among countless others. Each bath-
room exhibits a chic and opulent design.
To have the complete East Experience, one must delight in their
two signature dining destinations: Quinto La Huella and Sugar,
both designed by Studio Collective, a Los-Angeles design firm.
The former is managed by executive chef, Nano Crespo and it is
positioned on the 5th floor of the hotel. It was motivated by Uru-
guay’s beachside Parador de Huella and specialises in fire cooking.
The restaurant also supports a poolside dining experience and a
counter of sushi so as to represent Florida’s shoreline.
The Latter is installed on the rooftop and passes as a bar and
garden that focuses mainly on tapas. It offers fresh cocktails
and magical views of the sunset and moonlight. Moreover, this
dining experience also has a lobby café named Domain. Coveted
sums up this article with an esteemed avowal from the interiors’
frontrunner Clodagh:
“I want the guests to enjoy a necklace of beautiful experiences,
while also feeling a sense that they have been here before. That
warm feeling of nostalgia and harmony is the target.”
