bacher family. A part of the listed building is being thoroughly
renovated and upgraded to the ultimate level of technology. This
summer, these rooms, as well as a few connectable suites, will be
opened to the public again. This way, the complete 6th floor will
be transformed into a ‘Royal Floor’ for exclusive use. Additionally,
the banqueting and conferencing area has been restored, fulfilling
every event organiser’s dreams. The heart of the Hotel is undoubt-
edly its lobby. Through the famed glass copula showcasing the
four seasons, the lobby is covered in a golden glow, making it one
of Europe’s most coveted salons. This year, the lobby will be even
livelier. Every day, a ‘lightening ritual’ will mark the beginning
of the evening with young musicians giving exclusive concerts.
Ian Baker, the hotel’s Chef Patissier and ‘Patissier of the Year
2015’ awarded by Germany’s popular Schlemmer Atlas, presents
