red prawn with poplar mushrooms. The cooking philosophy of the
Chef emphasizes on the importance that Italian traditions and Ne-

The Cupola Lobby Lounge is characterized by its phenomenal nine-
metre-tall glass cupola. The Lounge serves an extensive breakfast buf-
