L’edificio ricoperto di larice è un tributo
al legno, elemento distintivo di Riva1920.
Nell’ampio e accogliente showroom al piano
terra è possibile toccare con mano alcuni
dei pezzi principali delle collezioni Riva1920,
mentre al piano superiore il museo, unico
nel suo genere, offre un percorso tra più
di 4.000 pezzi storici proveniente da tutta
Europa, un vero e proprio viaggio nella storia e
nell’evoluzione del legno e delle sue lavorazioni,
patrimonio culturale dell’azienda fin dalle
sue origini. Lo spazio è aperto al pubblico e
l’entrata è libera.
The building covered by larch lists is a tribute
to wood, which is the distinctive mark of
Riva1920. On the ground floor of the spacious
and welcoming showroom it is possible to
touch “in real” some of the main pieces of the
Riva1920 collection, while on the first floor
there is the Museum, unique in its kind, offering
an itinerary among more than 4000 historical
pieces coming from whole Europe: a true
journey in the history of solid wood and wood
processing, which is the cultural heritage of
the company since its beginnings. The space is
open to public and the entrance is free.
