The event will start off with a traditional Portuguese barbecue
occurring at Herdade dos Grous, Vila Vita’s own organic farm and
vineyard. Furthermore, wine aficionados will also have opportunities
to join in on extraordinary masterclass workshops with some of the
most renowned winemakers in the world.
These culinary masterminds will cook alongside Hans Neuner in the
resort’s two Michelin-starred Ocean and Atlântico restaurants for
intimate audiences of between 30 to 80 diners. Taking place on May
11st at the Vila Vita clubhouse, the outstanding Kitchen Party will
be the centre stage of the programme, where the international guest
chefs and the best winemakers from all over the world come together
to create culinary magic for over 500 guests.
Gastronomy is at the heart of the VILA VITA Parc experience with
11 innovative dining venues to choose from, ranging from casual
beachside dining and rustic, regional Portuguese plates to one-of-a-
kind culinary creations and even original Japanese cuisine that guests
can enjoy at the two Michelin-starred restaurants. The resort values
the use of only the freshest and seasonal local ingredients and actually,
the majority of them are actually sourced from the resort’s farm.
