Java Store & Seat nasce come un sistema compatto ma articolato di elementi in teak, pensato per dialogare
e funzionare come un insieme coerente. La collezione è composta da pezzi complementari che condividono
proporzioni, materiali e linguaggio formale, utilizzabili singolarmente o combinati tra loro con naturalezza.
Il sistema comprende tavolini a C in teak che, a seconda dell’orientamento, diventano panche basse. Il pro-
filo deciso ma equilibrato crea un ritmo visivo pulito e consente di affiancarli alle sedute, offrendo superfici
d’appoggio o sedute informali senza appesantire lo spazio.
Accanto a questi elementi, la collezione include pouff-contenitore che uniscono comfort e funzionalità. Sot-
to il cuscino di seduta, ogni pouff nasconde una vasca interna in alluminio, pensata per contenere oggetti
e proteggerli dall’umidità e dalle condizioni outdoor. La funzione resta discreta e invisibile: all’esterno, il
volume appare compatto ed essenziale.
Tutti gli elementi sono realizzati in teak naturale spazzolato, una finitura che valorizza la materia, ammor-
bidisce la superficie e mette in evidenza venature e tonalità. Il legno è lasciato libero di evolvere nel tempo,
acquisendo una patina che ne rafforza il carattere.
Java Store & Seat è pensato per contesti outdoor e hospitality dove flessibilità, ordine ed eleganza sobria
sono fondamentali: terrazze, bordi piscina, lounge di hotel e resort. Resistente per natura e progettato per
richiedere poca manutenzione, il teak si presta all’uso esterno prolungato, mentre le vasche interne in allu-
minio garantiscono praticità e durata.
Java Store & Seat is conceived as a compact yet articulated system of teak elements designed to interact
with each other. The collection is made up of complementary pieces that share the same language and
proportions, allowing them to work individually or as a flexible landscape of objects. The system includes
C-shaped teak tables that can be used both as side tables and as low benches, depending on orientation
and placement. Their sculptural profile creates a clear visual rhythm and lets them slide alongside seating
elements, offering practical surfaces or informal seating without visual weight.
Alongside these, the collection features poufs that double as storage units. Beneath the seat cushion,
each pouf hides an internal aluminum liner, designed to store objects while keeping them protected from
moisture and outdoor conditions. This functionality remains discreet: externally, the poufs read as solid,
essential teak volumes. All elements are crafted in natural brushed teak, chosen to highlight the mate-
rial’s texture, grain and warm tone. The brushing softens the surface and enhances its tactile quality, while
the teak is left free to evolve over time, developing a natural patina that strengthens the character of the
collection.
