Ebi
Disegnata da Francesco Meda e David Lopez Quincoces, Ebi nasce
da uno studio sulla curvatura del legno, elemento costruttivo e
formale che definisce l’intero progetto. L’estetica si fonda sulla
continuità tra parte superiore e inferiore della struttura: sopra,
un arco disegna schienale e bracciolo; sotto, una base a slitta ne
riprende la curvatura. Ebi è proposta con schienale aperto, che
mette in evidenza la purezza del segno, oppure imbottito, a tutta
altezza, per offrire maggiore comfort e un’estetica più elegante e
sofisticata. Il profilo sinuoso è esaltato dalle finiture in essenza o
laccate lucide, fil rouge che accompagna i prodotti Acerbis, e dalla
varietà dei rivestimenti, che ne amplificano la capacità di inserirsi
con naturalezza in contesti diversi.
Designed by Francesco Meda and David Lopez Quincoces, Ebi
stems from a study of the curvature of wood, a constructive and
formal element that defines the entire project. Its aesthetic is
grounded in the continuity between the upper and lower parts of
the structure: above, an arch shapes the backrest and armrest;
below, a sled base echoes its curvature. Ebi is available with either
an open backrest, which highlights the purity of its design, or a
fully upholstered high back, offering greater comfort and a more
elegant, sophisticated aesthetic. Its sinuous profile is enhanced
by wood veneer or glossy lacquered finishes, a fil rouge running
through Acerbis products, and by a variety of upholstery options
that further extend its ability to fit naturally into different settings.
