DE Dieses Wohnprojekt greift die Nähe zum
See als zentrales Gestaltungselement auf und
betont klar den Dialog zwischen Architektur
und Landschaft. Eine großzügige Rasenfläche
führt zum Haus, dessen zentrale Treppe alle
drei Ebenen verbindet und über ein Oberlicht
mit Tageslicht geflutet wird. Über die Treppe
gelangt man zu einer Galerie, die als Musik
zimmer mit Flügel, Gitarren und Vinylsamm
lung genutzt wird. Von hier aus eröffnet sich
der Blick sowohl in den Wohnbereich darunter
als auch über große Glasfronten auf den See.
Materialien und Licht betonen die Nähe zur
Natur: Lokales Holz, Naturstein und großzügi
ge Öffnungen schaffen fließende Übergänge
zwischen Innen und Außenraum. Ergänzt
wird dies durch das durchgängige UNICO
Lichtkonzept: Das quadratische EinbauMulti
Downlight mit anwendungsspezifischer Optik
dient sowohl als Wallwasher für vertikale
Flächen als auch als Flood für die gleichmäßi
ge Grundbeleuchtung. So konnte eine einzige
Leuchte im gesamten Haus eingesetzt wer
den, deren warme Lichtfarbe von 3000 K eine
angenehme, wohnliche Atmosphäre erzeugt.
Innenarchitektur, maßgefertigte Einbauten und
das Dekorationskonzept mit VintageMöbeln
und lokalen Designelementen stammen von
Jacobsen. Das Ergebnis ist eine harmonische
Verbindung tropischer Leichtigkeit mit der
Essenz eines belgischen Wohnhauses.
EN This residential project incorporates its
proximity to the lake as a central design
element and clearly emphasises the dialogue
between architecture and landscape. A gen
erous lawn leads up to the house, whose
central staircase connects all three levels and
is flooded with natural light through a skylight.
The staircase leads to a gallery that is used
as a music room, featuring a grand piano, gui
tars and a vinyl collection. From here, the view
opens up both to the living area below and –
through large glass façades – to the lake.
Materials and light emphasise the proximity to
nature: local wood, natural stone and generous
openings create flowing transitions between
interior and exterior spaces. This is comple
mented by the consistent UNICO illumination
scheme: The square recessed multidownlight
with applicationspecific optics serves both
as a wall washer for vertical surfaces and as
a floodlight for uniform general illumination.
This design allows a single type of luminaire to
be used throughout the building, with a warm
3000 K light creating a comfortable, homely
atmosphere. The interior design, custommade
fixtures and the decoration concept with
vintage furniture and local design elements
are by Jacobsen. The result is a harmonious
blend of tropical lightness with the essence of
a Belgian home.
