DE In The Yard ist ein 5.000 m² großer Co
working Space, der Arbeit, Wohlbefinden und
Natur zu einer ganzheitlichen Arbeitsland
schaft verbindet. Entworfen von Olivier Salens
Architecten und mit der Innenarchitektur
SKINN, folgt das Projekt einem offenen, adap
tiven Raumkonzept, das sich bewusst gegen
starre Layouts stellt. Flexible Büroflächen, Be
sprechungsräume und Gemeinschaftszonen
sind über alle Ebenen verteilt und fördern
Austausch, Bewegung und informelle Begeg
nungen. Warme Holzoberflächen treffen auf
zeitgenössische Materialien und schaffen eine
ruhige, einladende Atmosphäre. Im Zentrum
des Ensembles liegt das soziale Herz des Ge
bäudes mit Arbeitsbereichen, Meetingräumen
und Auditorium. Der 1.400 m² große Garten
verbindet Natur und Architektur nahtlos mit
einander. Ein zentraler Bestandteil des Kon
zepts ist das Wohlbefinden der Nutzer.
Das Gebäude ist WELL Gold zertifiziert
und setzt Maßstäbe in Raumklima, Akustik,
Tageslichtnutzung und aktiver Bewegung.
Die Lichtplanung von INTI House of Light
orientiert sich am menschlichen Biorhythmus:
dynamisches, aktivierendes Licht am Tag und
warme, beruhigende Lichtstimmungen am
Abend. Leuchten wie BETO circle und TASK
round sorgen für blendfreies, gleichmäßiges
Licht und verbinden funktionale Präzision mit
einer ruhigen, architektonischen Präsenz.
In The Yard verkörpert eine ausgewogene
Integration von Architektur, Nachhaltigkeit und
Wohlbefinden.
EN In The Yard is a 5,000 m² coworking space
that combines work, wellbeing and nature
into a holistic working environment. Designed
by Olivier Salens Architecten with interior
design by SKINN, the project follows an open,
adaptive spatial concept that deliberately
avoids rigid layouts. Flexible office spaces,
meeting rooms and communal areas are
spread across all levels, encouraging inter
action, movement and informal encounters.
Warm wooden surfaces meet contemporary
materials to provide a calm, inviting atmos
phere. At the centre of the ensemble lies the
social heart of the building, featuring work
spaces, meeting rooms and an auditorium.
The 1,400 m² garden seamlessly connects
nature and architecture. The users’ wellbeing
is a central component of the concept.
The building is WELL Gold certified and sets
high standards for indoor climate, acoustics,
daylight utilisation and active movement. The
lighting design by INTI House of Light follows
the human biorhythm: dynamic, energising
light during the day and warm, soothing light
in the evening. Luminaires such as BETO
circle and TASK round provide glarefree,
uniform light and combine functional preci
sion with a calm, architectural presence. In
The Yard embodies a balanced integration of
architecture, sustainability and wellbeing.
