Partire per tornare, perdersi nello spazio per poi ritrovarsi
nei propri spazi: il tavolo è il punto di partenza e la meta finale di
ogni viaggio compiuto o sognato. Da qui si parte a condividere
idee e tappe, qui si torna per rivivere momenti e raccontare
esperienze. Anche quando la sua forma è lineare, si dice “stare
attorno al tavolo” perché il tavolo è al centro della convivialità,
perché esprime la circolarità del tempo e il mito dell’eterno
ritorno, perché coinvolge persone, cibo e dialoghi e li riunisce
sempre intorno a sé.
Leaving to return, losing your way in space and then finding
yourself again in your own spaces: the table is the starting
point and the final destination of every journey made or dreamt
of. From here we start to share ideas and stop-offs, here we
return to relive events and to narrate experiences. Even when
its shape is linear, it is said to “be around the table” because
the table is at the centre of conviviality, because it expresses
the circularity of time and the myth of eternal return, because
it involves people, food and dialogues and always brings them
together around it.
