Se posso spostare la luce dove voglio, se posso cambiare aspetto alla
stanza facendo rimbalzare la luce ora sul tavolo, ora sulla parete, sul
soffitto o sul divano… se posso avere un rapporto diretto con la forma
e la funzione dell’oggetto e con le emozioni che l’oggetto è in grado di
regalarmi… allora posso solo dargli un nome famigliare.
If I can move the light where I want, if I can change the look of the room
by bouncing the light now on the table, now on the wall, on the ceiling
or on the sofa... if I can have a direct relationship with the form and
function of the object and the emotions that the lighting object can give
me... then I can just give it a familiar name.
