Its name in Japanese means “carp”, however does not refer to any kind of carp, but to those varieties in domestic carp that reside in the outdoor gardens of the houses for decorative purposes only. Certainly this animal supposed the inspiration for the design of this rug: the rug pattern reminds its scales. A design that transcends beyond the mere appearance of the scales, whose symbol in Japan is love and friendship.
Koi is available in 4 color combination, encouraging the recreation of outdoor spaces. Its soft fabric of polyethylene fibers allows outdoor use, being highly resistant to UV rays.
