Joyn
Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec
The inspiration for Joyn was the place where a family
lives together. In Brittany, where the designers Ronan
and Erwan Bouroullec grew up, the kitchen table
was large enough to seat the entire family. It served
as the place for social get-togethers, chance meetings
and discussions, or as a place to retreat to. This
flexibility also characterises the Joyn furniture system,
and makes it possible to meet the needs of constantly
changing office activities on a daily basis and in a
practical manner. Joyn not only caters to the individual
needs of employees, but also promotes efficient and
communicative work processes.
