This is the very first step,
which is however essential
to approach the customer at
best: it is a moment of mu-
tual acquaintance and un-
derstanding of the respective
needs, tastes and requests.
After a preliminary discus-
sion with the customer, the
general mood of the project
starts to be outlined, focus-
sing on style and making an
initial selection of colour pa-
lettes and products.

Starting from now, the
project becomes executive,
which means that a feasibi-
lity study is performed and
the real spaces are measured
and analysed. The aim is to
perfectly adapt the general
idea to the real concept.
MANUFACTURING
QUALITY CONTROL
Following the final selection of the
products, the manufacturing pro-
cess can start. The raw materials,
after being delivered to our craft
workshop, starts to be worked so
as to give shape to the final pro-
duct. Once the latest details are
checked up, the items are ready
to leave our warehouse.
Last but not least, quality
control: before leaving the
warehouse, all the products
are carefully examined to be
manufactured in accordance
with the highest standards and
quality levels – which have
always distinguished and mar-
ked Vismara products.
