“Ispirata in parte dall’enigmatica architettura scultorea
di Andre Bloc e Frederich Kielser, e in parte dalle forme
sensuali e senza tempo dello scultore Constantin Brancusi,
“Luminosità” sono opere in vetro soffiato progettate dagli
architetti Hani Rashid e Lise Anne Couture (Asymptote)
per Venini. La collezione Luminosità celebra la bellezza e
l’eleganza intrinseca dell’atmosfera ottica, attraverso le
infinite possibilità di composizione. Progettato per essere
individualmente coreografato, configurato e riconfigurato
in opere di vetro scultoreo uniche, Luminosità è un poema
architettonico. Le opere risultanti, sia permanenti che
ineffabili, stabili e fluide, e soprattutto senza tempo,
affrontano oggi la nostra nuova spazialità trovata in uno
stato di flusso permanente.”
“Inspired in part by the enigmatic sculptural architecture of
Andre Bloc and Frederich Kielser,
and in part by the sensual and timeless forms of the sculptor
Constantin Brancusi, “Luminosità” is a suite of glass works
designed by architects Hani Rashid and Lise Anne Couture
(Asymptote) for Venini. The Luminosita collection by
Asymptote celebrates the inherent beauty and elegance of
optical atmospherics as manifest through juxtaposition and
infinite possibilities of composition.
Designed to be individually choreographed, configured and
reconfigured into unique sculptural glass works, Luminosita is
an architectural poem as an interplay of form color and light
written in glass. The resulting works being both permanent
and ineffable, stable and fluid, and above all timeless and
fleeting, confront
