Il letto come il palco di un teatro,
per mettere in scena i propri
sogni. Opéra è così: una testie-
ra elegante, essenziale, con
leggere impunture che ricorda-
no le pieghe morbide di un si-
pario. Le sue dimensioni abbon-
danti permettono di regolare
le ali laterali ad angoli diversi.
Aperte, lineari e scenografi-
che. Oppure più chiuse, ad avvol-
gere il letto in un abbraccio.
L’importanza della testiera è mi-
tigata dalla leggerezza dell’in-
sieme: l’appoggio sembra vola-
re, i piedini sono sottili e il sommier
è essenziale.

Opéra, with its elegant, mini-
mal headboard whose delicate
stitching is reminiscent of the
soft folds of a stage curtain. Its
generous size allows the ‘wings’
to be positioned at different an-
gles. When open, they’re lin-
ear and dramatic. When facing
inwards, they envelop the bed
in their embrace. The sheer size
of the headboard is tempered
by the overall lightness of the
bed: the base appears to float,
the feet are slender and the bed-
stead uncluttered.
