Two new products have been added to the
Biggie collection by Luca Nichetto. The three-seater sofa is the lat-
est step in the research carried out by the designer into the pro-
duction process for a versatile body that can always be made with
the same mould. In the three-seater version, instead of a modular
construction there is one big shell covered with thin padding. While
the Biggie collection was conceived for use in hybrid spaces and
to cater to the residential and contract markets, the new creation
underlines the ample nature of an item of furniture whose calling
clearly lies in living spaces and hospitality.

La collezione Biggie di Luca Nichetto si am-
plia con due nuovi prodotti. Il divano a tre posti è un’evoluzione
del lavoro di ricerca fatto dal designer sul processo produttivo di
una scocca passe partout che richiede un unico stampo. Nella
sua versione a tre posti la costruzione modulare diventa invece
una grande e unica conchiglia rivestita da un’imbottitura sottile.
Se Biggie è una collezione immaginata per l’uso in spazi ibridi, re-
sidential e contract, la nuova proposta sceglie di sottolineare la ge-
nerosità di un pezzo di arredo che ha una vocazione
dichiaratamente living e hospitality.
