DESCRIPTION
The Tairu side table mixes practicality with natural beauty and artisanal craftsmanship. The base is formed from a
sturdy, hollow rectangle in teak, with inset handles so it can be moved around easily. What sets Tairu apart is the top,
made from 400 year-old lava stone from the Vesuvius. After baking, a glaze is applied manually to the surface with
a natural sponge. Thanks to this handwork, the color gets some movement in it. It changes the light refraction on
the table and makes each piece unique. The tops are available in four sophisticated shades, each with a very subtle
craquelure finish.
