Anemos
Anemone is a charming nymph with whom Zephyrus and Borea fall in love
and who, in their struggle to compete for their beloved, unleash storms
and tempests. The jealous Flora turns Anemone into a flower and binds
her to her suitors forever. For this reason, an anemone has a short life, it is
ephemeral and a simple breath of wind can deprive it of its petals.
Anemone è un’affascinante ninfa di cui si innamorano Zefiro e Borea e che nella
lotta per contendersi l’amata, scatenano bufere e tempeste. Flora, ingelosita,
trasforma anemone in un fiore e la lega ai suoi spasimanti per sempre. Per
questa ragione un anemone ha durata breve, è effimero e un semplice soffio di
vento può privarlo dei suoi petali.
