dei templi. La referenza altisonante è contrastata dal gioco buffo del piano a sbalzo: storico nel
materiale, il marmo, e contemporaneo nell’equilibrio che suggerisce instabilità.
The column legs of this console table have the same relevance as ancient temple
legs. The lofty reference is contrasted by the playful play of the cantilevered top: historic in
material, marble, and contemporary in the balance that suggests instability.
