CARATTERISTICHE PANNELLO
Pannello stampato con bombaturura singola o doppia (a richiesta), sezione convessa
spessore tra 15 e 35 mm costituito da un’imbottitura interna in fibra di poliestere in fiocco
(riciclo PET + termolegante), rivestito su ambo i lati di cui il principale in tessuto Trevira CS®
solidamente applicato all’imbottitura con cui forma un corpo unico senza soluzione di continuità.
Il pannello è caratterizzato inoltre dall’avere un bordatura rigida ottenuta dalla lavorazione del
pannello stesso che ne aumenta la rigidità e l’autosostegno senza ausilio di alcuna struttura
accessoria. Questa caratteristica permette di ottenere una superficie che, pur essendo
visivamente molto morbida, risulta estremamente resistente e al tempo stesso leggerissima.
Nella parte centrale il pannello viene fustellato in funzione dell’alloggiamento dei corpi illuminanti.
Il pannello ha classe di reazione al Fuoco Euroclass B-s2, d0.
Il pannello è stato testato in camera riverberante secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 354 ed ha “Classe
di Assorbimento Acustico A”, in accordo con la norma UNI EN ISO 11654.
PANEL FEATURES
Printed panel with single or double convexity (on request), convex section thickness between 15
and 35 mm consisting of an internal padding in polyester staple fiber (recycled PET + heat-binder).
The surfaces of the panel are coated with Trevira CS® polyester fabric firmly bonded to the inner
wadding with which it forms a single body without a break.
The panel is also characterized by having a rigid edging obtained from the processing of the panel
itself which increases its rigidity and self-support without the aid of any additional structure.
This property makes it possible to obtain a surface which, although visually appearing very soft,
actually is resistant but at the same time very light. In the central part, the panel is punched to
create the housing for the lighting fixtures.
The panels obtained a fire reaction classification Euroclass B-s2, d0.
The panels were tested in a reverberation room according to the UNI EN ISO 354 standards
obtaining “Class A sound absorption” according to UNI EN ISO 11654 standards.
