In quest’area è necessario trasmettere all’ospite sin da subito
un clima piacevole che va oltre al gusto.
Per quest’area è importante considerare un'illuminazione
differenziata a seconda delle diverse situazioni: colazione,
pranzo, cena, dopocena ecc.
Durante la colazione lascia che gli ospiti possano assaporare
la morbidezza della luce, tipica della prime ore mattutine, per
iniziare con energia e tranquillità la giornata.
Per l’ora di pranzo è opportuno ricercare un ambiente stimolante
ed energico, per riprendere rapidamente la attività nella seconda
parte della giornata.
A cena è fondamentale creare un ambiente tranquillo e formale
attraverso un gioco di luci ed ombre.
La scelta ricade su lampade in grado di illuminare in modo
ottimale tavoli e postazioni di lavoro. Così facendo i punti focali
creati dalle lampade non solo guideranno gli ospiti al proprio
posto, ma, una volta accomodati, permetteranno di leggere il
menù in comodità e assaporare i piatti visivamente prima ancora
di assaggiarli, rendendo il lavoro del personale più agevole.

environment, to allow guests to quickly resume activity in the
second part of the day.
At dinner it is essential to create a quiet and formal environment
through a play of light and shadow.
The choice falls on lamps capable of optimally illuminating tables
and workstations. By doing so, the focal points created by the lamps
will not only guide guests to their seats, but, once seated, will allow
them to read the menu in complete comfort and to visually savour
the dishes before even tasting them, making the staff's work easier.
