Tribal Mirror is a series of mirrors designed by Marcantonio that evoke imagery linked to a more primitive and uninhabitedworld, with its reflective surfaces with decorative motifs that remind us of our most instinctive and natural side.
The designer explains the inspiration for this project as follows: "We often think about giving up everything and changing our lives. Nevertheless, how would it be to live in a forest, in a jungle, or immersed in a primordial world? Survival, hunting, nature, instinct, would all make us different people. To live like savages... but, who truly are these savages? Every time that I have seen images of tribes in their costumes, their dances, their decorations, I have always found so much beauty within them, so much truth. Perhaps, we are the savages with our crazy lifestyles".
