How do you select the best products? How do you know what
will be successful?
We are constantly monitoring and mapping the market to see how our products
perform in relation to design trends, quality and price. This can depend on the
location. Each culture has its own preferences and requirements which we have
to consider when designing. Our analysis informs our ideas as we develop new
products. For example, we recognise a popular design theme or motif across
our markets and tranform it into a glass installation, which we did with
our much-loved LEAVES collection.
What size is your team?
The company is growing. Currently our design team consists of 17 members.
Most designers are based in our headquarters in the Czech Republic.
There are two in our Dubai office.

achieve with your team?
A respected design
partner that interior
design companies think

project. We want to
work with more new
interior and architectural
studios on bespoke
projects, so we are
recognised for the fresh
design ideas we bring,
which can transform
spaces.
