Louis Benech, the famous French landscape designer, has partnered with Royal Botania for his first collection of outdoor furniture: the Nara line.
With this collection, Louis Benech wants to invest himself even more in the world of gardens. The Nara line symbolizes both continuity and modernity and his encounter with the teak specialists of Royal Botania was decisive. The Nara collection is composed of eight pieces which include an outdoor sofa, armchairs, a very surprising 3-footed chair, a dining table entirely made of teak whose surface is partially covered in ceramic. The whole underlines the noble characteristics of the materials, the force of the design which defines a new contemporary classicism.
With an expert eye combined with an immense love of gardens, Louis Benech has given us an exercise in style using powerful and pure lines. What is the particularity of the Nara collection? At Louis Benech’s request Royal Botania has chosen a teak of exceptional density which enables the furniture to “take root” in the ground thus preventing the various pieces of furniture flying away at the slightest squall of wind.
Stamped with a metal plate with the LB monogram and decorated with a four-leaf clover, this first line of outdoor furniture confirms, if need be, the authenticity and high quality of Louis Benech’s work.
