The tabletop is made of solid wood, 4,8 cm. thick, with an oil finish and the legs are made in naturally coloured iron. The basic concept behind HAKA is the desire to create a self-supporting structure: a kind of tressle table with allusions to the wondrous structures of Leonardo da Vinci. A delightful item making its debut with the double name wood + metal, which again insists on the use of materials that are pure, thick and “string” like solid wood. The central idea of the design is the juxtaposition of the two elements support and top available in various combinations but above all in different sizes and types.
