Yellow risotto with òs büüs – better known as “osso bucco” – is the stand-out gourmet dish of the cuisine of the Brianza, the area north of Milan. It is this that inspired the idea of this l’òs büüs stool in solid cedarwood, to be exhibited at Milan’s Expo 2015, whose theme will be food.
The stool represents a link between the theme of food and that of design.
