Yellow risotto with òs büüs – better known as “osso bucco” – is the stand-out gourmet dish of the cuisine of the Brianza, the area north of Milan. It is this that inspired the idea of this l’òs büüsstool in solid cedarwood, to be exhibited at Milan’s Expo 2015, whose theme will be food.
The stool represents a link between the theme of food and that of design.
They are products made of solid wood and are completely natural and hand-finished, without other treatments; further movements, cracks or changing of the wood are unique characteristics of the furniture and are due to the natural settlement and to the different environmental conditions.
