A little lady who loves
dancing and butterflies
The first time I met this girl I was struck
by her mild yet curious expression. As we
chatted, I learned that dancing takes up a
lot of her time, but that her real passion has
always been butterflies: soft, velvety and
brightly coloured. I designed a dream room
for her, with a large, soft bed in pink velvet,
light-coloured furniture with gentle, elegant
lines and coordinated fabrics featuring
butterflies and the colour pink. I created
recesses covered with pale leather to
keep her most precious objects and
memories. In the center of the
room I placed a real cloud of glass
butterflies so that she could fall
asleep every night in her favorite
dream.
