Shipping Information
All orders are despatched from our Head Office in Surrey.
UK MAINLAND
UK deliveries are quoted at point of order. Shipments to destinations
within the UK will be subject to VAT.
Timed deliveries are by arrangement and are subject to additional
charges.
Delivery of furniture, mirrors and chandeliers may be subject to crate
charges.
NORTH AMERICA
Deliveries to a mainland North American address are charged as
follows:
Table lamps, floor lamps, wall sconces and lampshades are quoted
at 12.5% of the trade value ($100 minimum charge).
Ceiling lights and pendants are quoted at 15% of the trade order
value, crating charges may apply.
Furniture and mirror freight ranges from $550 -$1100, crating
charges may apply.
GERMANY
Germany operates under a separate pricelist which includes crates
and freight across all pieces.
All freight will be delivered kerbside as standard, any special
requirements will be quoted on an individual basis.
REST OF WORLD
Orders will be delivered kerbside as standard, any orders requiring
crating or special transportation will be quoted on an individual
basis.
Separate charges will apply for country specific import certification
requirements, such as Certified Invoices for customs clearance.
Documentation lead times are post completion of order.
EU deliveries are priced at 9.5% of order value with a minimum of
£95/€105.
European countries outside of the EU are priced at 20% of order
value with a minimum of £155/€165.
All other worldwide deliveries are quoted on an individual basis.
Porta Romana Limited reserves the right to make partial shipments.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE
Available throughout Great Britain and Western Europe, please
contact Head Office for a quotation.
Items are transported from our Head Office in Surrey, UK. Packaging
will be removed, and your pieces will be positioned in a place of your
choice. Installation is not included.
