Poltrona Frau

Poltrona Frau created a special type of cotton
fabric that could satisfy the flame-retardant
regulations without compromising the original style.
For the new auditorium they provided 1200 seats
upholstered in red velvet as in the original version,
but the rows have been set further apart and the
seats are larger and more comfortable. For this
project, Poltrona Frau has also given its contribution
in the study and perfectioning of the acoustics
and the seating layout to improve visibility from all
points of the theatre.
