First inaugurated in 1973, the CCH – Congress
Center Hamburg was at the time, one of the
best and largest convention centers in Europe.
For more than forty years its high standards
kept up to their name, but in 2016 the congress
center closed for a year and underwent a large-
scale renovation.
Designed by the German architectural studio
agn, the CCH Congress Center Hamburg
covers a total area of 36,000 square meters,
with up to 50 different multifunctional halls
capable of hosting events of all kinds.
