Our master metalworkers hand-welded the shelves of this utterly unique bookcase, which can be placed against a wall or displayed freestanding, in one or more modules that can be joined together. To customize this piece even further, you can choose one of three different finishes.
This fine sculpture-bookcase is made with specially treated steel sheet, handmade piece by piece and finally welded together. The Corten-steel effect is obtained by a dry oxidation process, not polished; the varnish powder finish is also available in white and rust. An icon of Italian contemporary design, Autumn is currently on exhibition at the Museum of the Triennale in Milan and at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the “Farnesina Design Collection”.
