Le immagini che illustrano Stanze raccontano
uno sguardo su modi di pensare e vivere lo spazio,
di allestire quei microcosmi domestici
che chiamiamo casa.
Ma anche di intendere gli oggetti, il loro aspetto
e la loro anima che poi è la storia di cui sono
fatti, la materia, i processi, i gesti grazie ai quali
sono venuti alla luce, e di cui la superficie
è il risultato visibile.
Anche in questo caso, per noi, interno ed esterno,
la forma e il contenuto, sono parti di un insieme
che vive in armonia e coerenza.
The pictures that illustrate Stanze (Rooms) tell
the story of a gaze into ways of conceiving and
living in space, of creating those domestic micro-
cosms that we call home.
But they also have much to say about how we un-
derstand objects, their appearance, and their soul,
which is after all the history of which they are made,
the material, the processes, the gestures and
actions by means of which they have come into
existence, and of which the surfaces is the visible
result. In this case as well, for us, the interior and
the exterior, the shape and the content, are all parts
of a whole that exists in harmony and consistency.
