PANZERI
The fabric is the starting point in the design
of Ombra, which, without the aid of any
structural elements, draws a perfect circle
based on gravity alone.light is reflected
through the weave, which lets it shine through
in a pleasantly suffused manner, softly
and elegantly illuminating the rooms.
The name Ombra is inspired by the materials
with which the product is made, in particular
the technical fabric that is normally
used in architecture to protect outdoor
spaces from the sun.
È proprio il tessuto il punto di partenza nel
design di Ombra che, senza l’aiuto di alcun
elemento strutturale, disegna un cerchio
perfetto basandosi sulla sola gravità.
La luce si riflette attraverso la trama che
la lascia trasparire in modo piacevolmente
soffuso, illuminando con morbidezza
e raffinatezza gli ambienti.
Il nome Ombra si ispira ai materiali con cui
il prodotto è stato costruito, in particolare
al tessuto tecnico che viene normalmente
utilizzato in architettura per proteggere
gli spazi outdoor dal sole.
