PANZERI
Côte is a collection of blown glass lamps
inspired by a distinctive finish used in the
artisanal watchmaking industry: the ‘Côte de
Genève’. This fine workmanship, found on the
metal backs of some handmade automatic
watches, picks up on the delicate low relief
of the waves of Lake of Léman in Switzerland.
Côte is a distinctive element that, even when
switched off, enriches rooms with its elegant
design and fascinating texture. The regular
rhythm of the ribbed surface interacts with the
emitted and natural light, creating a striking
and refined effect. Available in white and
smoked finishes, the texture of the etched
glass comes alive with light, projecting soft
nuances and discreet yet precious reflections.
Côte è una collezione di lampade in vetro
soffiato che si ispira a una finitura distintiva
utilizzata nell’industria orologiera artigianale:
la “Côte de Genève”. Questa raffinata
lavorazione, che si trova sulle parti metalliche
posteriori di alcuni orologi automatici fatti
a mano, riprende il delicato basso rilievo
delle onde del lago di Léman in Svizzera.
Côte è un elemento distintivo che, anche
da spento, arricchisce gli ambienti grazie
al suo design elegante e alla sua texture
affascinante. Il ritmo regolare della superficie
a coste interagisce con la luce emessa
e quella naturale, creando un effetto
suggestivo e raffinato. Disponibile in finitura
bianca e fumé, la texture del vetro acidato
si anima con la luce, proiettando sfumature
morbide e riflessi discreti ma preziosi.
