A residential complex in the heart of Madrid exclusive Salamanca district.
The project consists of the partial demolition and reconstruction of an old building, dating back to 1870, with volume expansion
by means of two new floors above ground and three underground floors for garage-parking. The end result consists of a total
area of more than 6.000 m², twenty-one luxury residences, two commercial premises and twenty-one storage rooms.
The criterion that guided the renovation was to contemplate both history and innovation at the same time. Efforts were made
to preserve some of the 19th-century elements of the building-such as the main façade, entrance and staircase-and to construct
new portions of the building using state-of-the-art construction techniques and materials.
Inside the building is a large atrium around which the apartments are distributed with their magnificent front doors, twenty-one
Pure White Tekno doors flush with the internal wall. The sound of water from the fountains and natural light from the outside
spread through the spaces and create a unique atmosphere. Those who enter the building are amazed by its openings and the
modernity of the interior architectural elements.
Un complexe résidentiel au cœur du quartier exclusif de Salamanca à Madrid.
Le projet consiste en la démolition partielle et la reconstruction d'un bâtiment ancien, datant de 1870, avec une extension des
volumes au moyen de deux nouveaux étages au-dessus du sol et de trois niveaux souterrains pour le garage-parking. Le résultat
final consiste en une surface totale de plus de 6.000 m², vingt-et-un logements de luxe, deux locaux commerciaux et vingt-et-un
entrepôts.
Le critère qui a guidé la rénovation était d'envisager à la fois l'histoire et l'innovation. On s'est efforcé de préserver une partie des
éléments du bâtiment datant du XIXe siècle - tels que la façade principale, l'entrée et les escaliers - et de construire de nouvelles
parties en utilisant des techniques de construction et des matériaux de pointe.
À l'intérieur du bâtiment se trouve un grand atrium autour duquel les appartements sont distribués avec leurs magnifiques portes
d'entrée, vingt-et-un intérieurs Tekno affleurant à l'intérieur Blanc Pur. Le bruit de l'eau des fontaines et la lumière naturelle de
l'extérieur se répandent dans les espaces et créent une atmosphère unique. Les personnes qui pénètrent dans le palais sont
étonnées par son ouverture et la modernité des éléments architecturaux intérieurs.

El proyecto consiste en la demolición parcial y reconstrucción de un antiguo edificio, que data de 1870, con una ampliación de los
volúmenes mediante dos nuevas plantas sobre rasante y tres niveles subterráneos para garaje-aparcamiento. El resultado final
consiste en una superficie total de más de 6.000 m², veintiuna residencias de lujo, dos locales comerciales y veintiún trasteros.
El criterio que guió la renovación fue contemplar tanto la historia como la innovación. Se intentó conservar parte de los elementos
del edificio del siglo XIX - como la fachada principal, la entrada y las escaleras - y construir partes nuevas utilizando técnicas y
materiales de construcción de vanguardia.
En el interior del edificio hay un gran atrio alrededor del cual se distribuyen los pisos con sus magníficas puertas de entrada,
veintiún Tekno ras de pared interior Blanco Puro. El sonido del agua de las fuentes y la luz natural del exterior se propagan por
los espacios y crean una atmósfera única. Quienes entran en el palacio quedan asombrados por su apertura y la modernidad de
los elementos arquitectónicos interiores.
