Langlebige und nachhaltige Teppichböden mit einer sehr guten Life-Cycle-Bilanz zu produzieren, ist für uns ein kontinuierlicher, selbstverständ-
licher Prozess. Jeder Teppichboden-Herstellung geht eine aufwändige Entwicklung voran. Wir testen unterschiedliche Garne und Produktionsweisen.
Erst wenn alle unsere Anforderungen nach bestmöglicher Qualität, Langlebigkeit und unkomplizierter Reinigung und Pflege erfüllt sind, kommt ein
Produkt in den Handel. Wie und wo lassen sich noch mehr natürliche Ressourcen und wertvolle Energie sparen? In den letzten Jahren haben wir den
Anteil der recycelten und recyclingfähigen Produkte deutlich gesteigert. In Zukunft werden wir die Verwendung von recycelten Garnen und Materia-
lien noch mehr forcieren. Und: Um Primärenergie zu sparen, produziert OBJECT CARPET viele Qualitäten schon jetzt unter Einsatz von regenerativen
Energien (beim Tuften, in der Veredelung und in der Beschichtung). Produktions-Abfälle werden sorgsam sortiert und zu 100% dem Produktionskreis-
lauf wieder zugeführt. Wir produzieren in Deutschland. Lager und ein neues, modernes Logistikzentrum sind in Krefeld. Die Mitte Europas ermöglicht
kürzere Transportwege und weniger CO2 Emissionen.

For us, producing a long-lasting and sustainable carpet with a good life-cycle assessment is a continuous process and a matter of course. Each carpet
production is preceded by a complex development. We extensively test different yarns and production methods, and only if all of our requirement
profiles regarding best quality, longevity and ease of cleaning and care are completely fulfiled, the product can be released for sale. How and where
can natural resources and valuable energy be saved even more? In recent years, we have increased the share of recycled and recyclable products in our
product range. In the future, we will expedite the use of recycled yarns and materials. Moreover, in order to save energy, many OBJECT CARPET qua-
lities are already now produced using renewable energies (e.g. in the process of tufting, finishing and coating). Production waste is carefully sorted
and returned to the production cycle, up to 100%. We produce our carpets in Germany. Our warehouse and logistics centre is located in Krefeld. This
central point in Europe allows for shorter transport distances and less CO2 emissions.

consisting of 100% recycled products. With its

become reality.
Alle Teppichböden von OBJECT CARPET
mit diesem Zeichen verfügen über eine eingear-
beitete unsichtbare Schmutz- und Fleckschutz-
ausrüstung. Der Teppichboden ist dadurch
unempfindlicher und wirkt auf Schmutz- und
Staubpartikel sowie Flüssigkeiten abweisend.
Unterhaltskosten werden reduziert, da sich
Schmutz einfacher entfernen lässt. Die Lebens-
dauer wird verlängert.
All carpets from OBJECT CARPET marked
with this symbol have an invisible dirt and
stain protection finish. The carpet is there-
fore less sensitive and repels dirt, dust particles
and liquids. This reduces care costs since dirt
is easier to remove and extends the service life
of the product.
Die feste, dichte Struktur der hochwertigen
Polyamid 6.6 Markenfaser gewährleistet den
langfristigen Erhalt der Teppichtextur und wer-
den allen Belastungsansprüchen im Objekt ge-
recht. Die besondere Fasergeometrie macht die
edlen Fasern unempfindlich gegen die meisten
Flecken und wirkt auf Schmutz- und Staubparti-
kel sowie Flüssigkeiten abweisend.
The solid and dense structure of the high-quality
polyamide 6.6 brand fibre ensures a long-term
preservation of the carpet’s texture that can
withstand all manner of stresses in the building.
The special shape of the fibre makes it resistant
to most stains and allows dirt and dust particles
as well as liquids to easily bead off.

A further step into the future: The RUGX of the
RUGXSTYLE collection are mainly manufactured
from PET fibre material that can be recycled
to 100%. The carpet backing consists of 100%
recycled PET fleece.
