Surf è il frutto di un’avvincente sfida di equilibrio vinta magistralmente da Natisa
grazie alla sapienza produttiva dei suoi artigiani. Questo tavolo, infatti, poggia
su un’unica gamba che è stata realizzata unendo moltissimi listelli in legno
(caratteristica principale della collezione Wave) e fissata a terra grazie a una base
in metallo. Il piano ellittico in vetro trasparente si appoggia invece su unico pezzo
di legno curvo agganciato alla gamba. L’ispirazione arriva dalla passione per il mare,
da quel senso di libertà e adrenalina che arriva nel cavalcare le sue onde restando
in equilibrio.
Surf represents the outcome of an exciting challenge of balance that
Natisa has overcome brilliantly thanks to the manufacturing expertise
of its artisans. Indeed, this table stands on a single leg that has been
manufactured by joining a great number of wooden slats (the main feature
of the Wave collection) which is then anchored to the floor on a metal base.
The elliptical transparent glass top is supported by a single section of curved
wood connected to the leg. The inspiration is drawn from a passion for the
sea, that feeling of freedom and adrenaline that is brought on by riding the
waves while remaining in balance.
