Collezione Vittoria
Prosegue la felice intuizione di Natisa di prediligere forme dolci e arrotondate per
le basi dei tavoli. Come già avvenuto con la linea di successo Wave (dove tantissimi
listelli di legno formano delle vere e proprie “onde” di design) anche nella collezione
Vittoria sono protagoniste curve morbide e sinuose, nonostante le basi questa volta
siano in metallo. La geniale intuizione firmata Roberto Iacuzzi è di creare modelli
anche molto diversi fra loro partendo sempre da un unico elemento geometrico:
il tronco di cono. “La forma è sempre la stessa – spiega Iacuzzi – ma ho giocato
scomponendo il tronco di cono e prediligendo a volte le parti concave, a volte quelle
convesse. Ho pensato anche di capovolgere una delle basi per dare vita a due modelli
diversi, come nel caso di Flower e Flower Reverse”. Il risultato finale è una collezione
di tavoli dalla forte personalità ma dotata anche di un’incredibile eleganza che la
rende perfetta per adattarsi a qualsiasi stile d’arredo, dal classico al moderno.
Natisa’s happy intuition to privilege gentle, rounded shapes for table bases lives on.
Just like the successful Wave line (where many strips of wood shape real “waves”
of design), soft, gentle curves are the main features of the Vittoria collection, even
though the bases for this collection are made with metal. Roberto Iacuzzi’s brilliant
intuition is to create models that are sometimes very different from each other but
always based on a single geometric element: the truncated cone. “The shape is
always the same,” Mr Iacuzzi explains, “ but I have experimented with dividing the
truncated cone and sometimes opting for concave sections, sometimes convex ones.
I also thought of capsizing one of the bases to create two different models, as is the
case with Flower and Flower Reverse”. The end result is a collection of tables with a
strong personality but also blessed with an exquisite elegance that makes it perfect to
match any furnishing style, both classic and modern.
