Tempo e ritmo sono il linguaggio del batterista. L’energia della musica
viene amplificata dal suono della batteria e si trasforma in entusiasmo,
gioia e speranza. La batteria è uno strumento musicale completo, che
coinvolge tutti gli arti contemporaneamente e influisce direttamente sulla
capacità di coordinazione, migliorando nel tempo la concentrazione e lo
sviluppo di una creatività veloce, immediata. Alcuni studi dimostrano che
i batteristi sono i musicisti più sereni, proprio perché suonare la batteria
è anche uno sfogo: coinvolge braccia e gambe e comporta il movimento
di tutto il corpo. Riduce notevolmente i livelli di stress perché durante la
sessione vengono rilasciate endorfine e altre sostanze che fungono da
analgesici naturali influendo positivamente sull’umore. E per tutti questi
motivi, ma anche per il suo approccio apparentemente facile, che la
batteria è tra gli strumenti che i bambini possono iniziare a suonare fin da
piccoli (con grande soddisfazione).

involving all the limbs at the same time and directly influencing
coordination skills, and improving concentration together with the
development of fast, immediate creativity. Studies show that drummers
are the most relaxed musicians, precisely because playing the drums is
also an outlet: it involves arms and legs and requires the movement of
the whole body. It significantly reduces stress levels because endorphins
and other substances are released during the session, acting as natural
analgesics and positively affecting mood. It is for all these reasons, but
also because of its seemingly easy approach, that the drums are among
the instruments that children can start playing from an early age (with
great satisfaction).
