per poter giocare in squadra. Un’opportunità per sviluppare conoscenze
e capacità, confrontandosi con le esperienze dei compagni di gioco.
Nella pallacanestro, il gioco di squadra è un elemento imprescindibile
sia in allenamento che in gara per questo contribuisce a favorire la
socializzazione, lo spirito di gruppo e il benessere psicologico. Va in scena
una complicità che consente di interagire facilmente, anche solamente
scambiandosi uno sguardo, e coinvolge i giocatori emotivamente e nella
pratica. L’obiettivo è essere un tutt’uno e divertirsi. Per arrivare a questo
risultato, che rappresenta una vera vittoria, occorre osservare un insieme
di regole. Le più importanti sono: avere un obiettivo comune e rispettare
gli altri. In questo modo si raggiunge un traguardo condiviso, che provoca
effetti positivi soprattutto sulla motivazione, che è la miglior spinta per
intraprendere una sfida e raggiungere qualsiasi risultato.

allows for easy interaction, even if only by exchanging a glance, and
involves the players emotionally and practically. The goal is to be a single
squad and to have fun. To achieve this result, which is a real victory, a set
of rules must be observed. The most important are: having a common
goal and respecting others. In this way, a shared goal is achieved, and
this has a positive effect, especially on motivation, which is the best
drive to undertake a challenge and achieve any result.
