Oggi l’armadio è mutato; che stia nella stanza da letto
o in altri locali, ha funzioni meno particolari, più ricche
e più varie. Di qui l’idea che si possa differenziare,
oltre che la struttura interna, anche l’aspetto, e
che alle ante piene si possano inframezzare ante
vetrate. Dentro la solidità e la linearità dell’armadio,
si insinua una parte più lieve, un concatenarsi di
spazi intravisti, un gioco di profondità e di riflessi.
La nuova anta a battente “Glass” è realizzata con
una cerniera esclusiva completamente incassata
nell’anta che permette un’apertura a 180° con la
possibilità di chiudere anche l’angolare e quindi di
realizzare nuove soluzioni d’armadio. Si caratterizza
per l’uso del profilo verticale che assolve la funzione
di maniglia.
Wardrobes are no longer as narrowly defined as they
used to be; whether in the bedroom or in other rooms,
they are increasingly designed to serve a broader
range of purposes. Hence the idea that not only
can the interior structure be differentiated, but also
the appearance, interposing solid-fronted units with
glass-fronted ones. The solidity and linearity of the
wardrobe can be interspersed with lighter sections,
a series of half-seen spaces, an interplay of depths
and reflections. The new “Glass” hinged door is made
with an exclusive, fully built-in hinge which enables it
to be opened 180° plus the possibility of closing the
corner unit, thereby achieving new wardrobe solutions.
Its defining feature is the use of a recessed vertical
profile which also serves as a handle.
