accurate working of the base recalls the barcode theme
and exalts the light shape without compromising the
stability. The wood top, which has a considerable
thickness, underscores the outstanding personality
and natural features of the design.
Patricia Urquiola prosegue il suo percorso progettuale
con Codex, un tavolo che riprende gli stilemi caratteristici
di Scriba. La sapiente lavorazione del basamento ricorda
il disegno del codice a barre ed esalta la leggerezza
della struttura senza pregiudicarne la stabilità. Il piano
a forte spessore in essenza sottolinea la spiccata
personalità e naturalezza del progetto.
