sidenza, frutto di un ambizioso progetto di ristruttura-
zione sia interna che esterna, crea un legame profondo
tra la casa, il lago e la natura circostante.
Al primo piano la zona giorno è ampia e minima-
lista, in cui calde e neutre tonalità, unite a materiali na-
turali come il legno, il cemento e le pietre, conferisco-
no un’atmosfera di autentica serenità.
Lo spazio è un salone da abitare con un mood
conviviale: al centro il tavolo rotondo NVL Table in pie-
tra ricostruita che, oltre a facilitare la conversazione tra
gli ospiti, crea una connessione visiva con ogni angolo

An apartment on the Lake Lugano that embraces
the beauty of the Swiss landscape. This home, the
result of an ambitious internal and external renovation
project, creates a profound connection between the
house, the lake and the surrounding nature.
The first floor living area is large and minimalist
in warm neutral tones combined with natural materials
such as wood, concrete and stone to give a truly serene
atmosphere.
