Designed in 1965 by Gae Aulenti for Martinelli Luce, the lamp in 2015 is 50 years, for this event were made two versions:
620/L/1/AU golden version, available only in the year 2015
620/L/1/ORO 24k gold plated version, available in 50 + 1 numbered copies
Both versions are signed and numbered.
The lamp is made with bat molding techniques of acrylic diffuser innovative for the time in which it was designed.
The shape of the elusive conical base grows upward widening in the ribs of the speaker as the explanation of the wings of a bat.
