Dovevo illuminare dei cespugli e volevo una lampada orientabile, di
carattere, da appoggiare ma mobile e facile da spostare per poter
facilmente illuminare oggi una pianta, un cespuglio di fiori, domani
un altro angolo del giardino o della terrazza, una scultura, e se
necessario, portarla anche in casa. Ho pensato alla sua forma come
un proiettore realizzato poi in polietilene con tecnica rotazionale, una
tecnologia insolita per questo tipo di lampada.
Allegra con dei colori decisi come il giallo, l’arancio, l’ottanio e
anche in antracite.
La base in alluminio verniciata nel colore nero opaco, permette di
appoggiarla sul prato, sopra un mobile, sul pavimento di casa, ma
anche fissarla a parete, così da illuminare dove e cosa vogliamo.
I had to light up some bushes and I wanted a lamp that could be
oriented, with character, to be placed on the ground but mobile
and easy to move so that it could easily light up a plant, a flower,
a bush today, another corner of the garden or terrace tomorrow,
a sculpture, and if necessary, take it into the house. I thought of
its shape as a projector made of polyethylene using the rotational
technique, an unusual technology for this type of lamp.
It is cheerful with bold colours such as yellow, orange, blue octane
and also anthracite.
The aluminium base, painted in matt black, allows it to be placed on
the lawn, on a piece of furniture, on the floor of the house, but also
fixed to the wall, so as to illuminate where and what we want.
