“Urban understanding” is an eloquent but faithful
description of MAD Architects’ fundamental design
viewpoint. Inspired by the Beijing-based studio’s
Absolute Towers in Ontario, Canada, the Torsion
Center Table is composed of two reciprocal pieces
that combined clear glass with forceful and fluid
layers of a vibrant walnut wood.
